When dialing extension on the mediant 600 through the Auto Attendant in sipx, it allows entry of a extension twice then goes blank. Our version of SipXecs 3.10.2 and our firmware version is 5.4 for the Audiocodes Mediant 600. As well we have tried both adding gateway "Mediant 1000" which is default, as well added "Mediant 600 as a unmanaged gateway. After speaking with Audiocodes, they have deemed there is no error in there device. Currently I can dial out, dial in, call from extension to extension, transfer outside call extension and vice versa with Sipxecs. The message logs are indicating that it is picking up DTMF tones fine, with no errors. We are using DTMF 2833. Please help.
