I think the user needs to be in a Group and have that Group added to the 'Consumer User Groups' list for that phonebook.
Phonebooks are only picked up on boot I believe. Well, two questions actually. 1. The format in sipXconfig says: First name, Last name, Number or URI Does this mean the number is Ok if it is not in quotes? I thought CSV values in numberic form were not in quotes, but text was. So I was wondering if this is OK. If it throws an error, where would this be viewed? 2. Are there any special settings required to send the phonebook to a Polycom phone?
