In a virtual machine environment be prepared for audio quality issues with the media services… (voicemail, auto attendant, etc.). I haven’t heard of any production systems successfully run in a virtual (vmware at least). Maybe xen is better about the real-time needs though of the voice stuff…

Am i overseeing something here ? Is there a fix ?
