We run Oreka GPL on CentOS 5.2. It's a bit tricky with ACD cause for each call there are in fact two separate recordings - one from outside to the ACD and one from ACD to the agent. Actually with the default config one gets three recordings :) I had no problems getting Oreka to work using ACE RPMs from SUSE build service.
