There have been some recent changes that may have temporarily broken
some configurations - you didn't say which build you used, but you may
have been caught by these.

sipXecs randomizes registration times.  If the phones properly removed
their registrations, the duplicates should disappear, but in any event
they'll expire eventually, and in the mean time they are harmless.

NAT traversal should be working.  Detailed problem reports are most
welcome (post to the dev list first with a description of what you're
doing).

There are some features (High Availablility, for example) that won't
work without DNS.  Others will cause extra messages.  In general running
without DNS is Not Recommended.  It's not that hard to set up... just do
it.
