I have not used Bria past testing.  Both work fine with sipXecs, including 
video.  I don’t have any information for you on interoperability with Microsoft 
OCS though.

 

I’ve used eyeBeam to even connect video with a Polycom conferencing system.

 

I don’ t think that eyeBeam and Bria are that fundamentally different under the 
skin, I just think Bria is probably prettier.
