The usual cause for this sort of problem is that some SIP domain name routes to the server, but the server isn't configured to think of that domain name as it's domain name. In this case, have you looked at the domain name configuration to verify that pingtel.europe.nortel.com is the SIP domain? (And check for misspellings!) In general, if you need a problem diagnosed, you should take a snapshot and attach it to your message.
