Well...  We did implement XECS-196, which makes Park Orbit BLFs behave a
little different than phone BLFs.

Basically parked calls show as BLF "ringing" on the orbit.  This allows
one-touch unpark by using a phone's BLF Ringing Call Pickup
functionality.

There is a wrinkle though, at least with Polycoms and LG-Nortels, and I
suspect others as well...  If there is already a call parked, then an
attempt to park another call using the BLF button will fail.  In fact,
the already parked call will be unparked and become the transfer target
of the call that should have been added to park orbit.  :(

Polycom is planning enhancement VOIP-47951 (XTRN-245 #1) which will fix
this.  But in the meantime, I am strongly considering turning XECS-196
off for 4.0.
