Drew- I have a working setup using a GXW4104 and 3.10.2 (sipx) and may be able to help you compare your 4104 setup with that of a "working" one.
The first diagnostic step is to turn on (debug) syslog logging on the 4104 and examine that output during a test inbound call. Grandstream isn't the best implementation out there (by far), but their logging does usually indicate when there is a problem. Post the log snippet or email it to me directly and I'll see if I can help. sdm > -----Original Message----- > From: [email protected] > [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of > Drew Buckman > Sent: Tuesday, February 17, 2009 4:33 PM > To: [email protected] > Subject: [sipx-users] Inbound Failed > > I am new to sipx, but have been doing voip for a while. > > I am running 3.11.11-014708 > I have a Grandstream GXW4104 FXO gateway. > > Outbound calls are working as they should, Inbound calls are not. > When I look Call Detail Reporting to see what the inbound > calls look like, I see calls from unknown to 100 (the AA), > Duration 0 seconds, Status Failed. > > Internal calls to 100 work fine. > > > Any tips on trouble shooting this would be helpful. > > Thanks > Drew > _______________________________________________ > sipx-users mailing list > [email protected] > List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users > Unsubscribe: http://list.sipfoundry.org/mailman/listinfo/sipx-users > _______________________________________________ sipx-users mailing list [email protected] List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users Unsubscribe: http://list.sipfoundry.org/mailman/listinfo/sipx-users
