If the call goes through, and the phones behave correctly (ring, answer, hang-up all act like normal) but you're not getting the audio connection, you should try to submit a proper bug report. See the message I sent a few days ago -- set every component to "debug" logging, make a test call, note carefully what you did and what happened, the phone numbers, "date -u", and take a snapshot. You may have hit a bug in the media handling of NAT traversal, and we want to get that fixed.
