Hi, I have a number of Polycom IP650 phones that keep losing registration, and therefore when we try to call them it just goes to voice message. I am using SipXecs 3.10.2 and have tried firmware 3.0.3, 3.0.4 and 3.1.2
The other Polycom's we have (IP301, IP501, IP430) don't have a problem. We use the same config for all the phones. Has anyone else had a similar issue? I know that 3.10.3 is out, should I upgrade to that or is that not going to make a difference?
