only information about the host is present in the fallbackrules.xml, no dial plans.
In summary: 1. on Sipxbridge setup make my external address my private sipx server address because I am using a registrar 2. make my gateway use the sipxbridge route to place calls once bug is fixed in dial plan setup. 3. eliminiate port forwarding all together (or still forward port 5060 to sipx server?)
