I also have to agree when it comes to the audiocodes. The t1 gateways seems to work well, however, the FXS and FXO gateways had nothing but trouble. It also seemed that newer firmware cause problems instead of fixing them. Grandstreams always worked well... Even for faxing. Let us know how the samsungs go.

I'll second not getting an Audiocodes. I had nothing but bother setting it up, support contracts are almost useless and call quality varies from barely acceptable to awful. Even the company that supplied it to me and has a support deal with Audiocodes couldn't help me as they didn't know how it worked either. Not good.

I'm actually about to get a Samsung Ubigate gateway installed, they are quite happy to give me some on-site training and a free install and set-up. I'll let the group know how that turns out quality- wise. Unless they short circuit my entire system they cant be worse than Audiocodes.
