The problem does not seem to be related with the SIP ports used by the NAT traversal feature. Instead, it appears to have more to do with sipXrelay trying to bind to the STUN port and failing to do so. SipXproxy also uses a STUN client when NAT traversal is enabled so that could be the cause of the error.
