is anyone doing this? just came up for me... a user emailed me saying her analog fax line was "ringing 20 times a day, but nothing comes out." i checked the calls to the fax, and they really were getting twenty calls a day from hsbc's collections department! crazy. i took a quick look at calls they had received from 800 numbers, and there was a huge amount, most repeated and a few seconds long. it occurred to me that a script could be written to grep the cdr's and compile something like a top 800 callers list (with an arbitrary interval) and have it email the sipx admin (in my case, i am configuring my gateway to drop the calls). is anyone doing something like this? if not, i'll probably just do it myself this weekend.
