There are tons of problems with ACD when You try to max it out with 50 agents or 30 connections. Nortel seems to ignore my patches which make things work. And since I don't want to maintain a fork I started developing a plug&play sipXecs ACD from scratch, one that is based on FreeSwitch that comes bundled with 4.0. This one would be able to have a single queue with 1000+ talking agents across multiple sites , persistent presence , online reconfiguration without restarting, agent,queue,line weighted priorities and no other limits like number of queues, agents, waiting calls, media anchoring side effects.
