Polycom just released the VVX 1500 video phone. Though, it does not mix
video from multiple parties during a conference. ("Video can only be
active with one party at a time.")

The VVX 1500 will work in a limited fashion in sipXecs 4.0 (XCF-3565,
patch pending). There won't be a profile for this model yet, but just
pick "650" and it will work well. You won't be able to change the codec
selections though.
Full VVX 1500 support is currently targeted for sipXecs 4.2 (XCF-3566).
If you're looking for a full video conferencing solution (mixing of
video from multiple parties), then there are solutions out there. But,
I have limited exposure to them.
