System version: 3.10.2-013143 Phone type: Cisco 7960 (Firmware 8.6)
Configured system and exchange server per instructions. When I press the voicemail key on the Cisco phone call is routed and behaves as expected. Exchange asks for my PIN and once authorized have access to Outlook Voice Access and can retrieve my voicemails, emails, change my schedules and call other users, etc.. My problem is when one extension calls another(e.g. X2010 calls x2000) when it should transfer to the voice mail the call is dropped and the calling party hears a busy signal. What configuration am I missing? Thanks M Wood
