How does one log in to an ACD Queue via keypad on the
phone? I have a number of Queues setup and I cannot find out how to login to
my queues using my test phones.
Dial *88 to sign-in
*86 to sign-out
Also, I assume I can dial/transfer to the lines that I
created for my ACD Queues as well, is this the case?

Is it possible to overflow a Q to an external phone number?
