I don't know, but it looks like sipxecs.sipfoundry.org is a "name based" virtual host. So you'll not be able to access it via ip address. As a temporary workaround you can add 67.221.235.27 sipxecs.sipfoundry.org Line into your hosts file. Then you'll be able to access the web site by name. At least it worked for me. HTH, Nikolay.
