If you go into the configuration GUI, find the entry for the server and edit its properties. If you then stop and start sipX, the normal startup process is supposed to propagate the new address to all the needed places. At least, that is my understanding of how it is supposed to work. sipxecs-setup-system is not guaranteed to work a second time on a system. Of course, if you can't get to the GUI, the above instructions are useless. I have some notes on how to recover from that situation.
