Hi,

 

I have been testing the ACME SBC with SipX and noticed a problem with
incoming calls to soft client. Tested outgoing calls which work fine!
The incoming call never gets to the destination phone and the caller
hears re-order tone.

 

Description of Setup:

 

SBC (WAN) - Router (ALG) (LAN) - SipX (LAN) - Soft client (LAN)

 

Description of problem:

 

1.      Placed a call to 028661522 (registered user on the SipX)
2.      INVITE from X-ON2ABUACN1HS01-20', IP addr = '123.102.12.9' to
192.168.0.10
3.      Trying sent from 192.168.0.10 to X-ON2ABUACN1HS01-20', IP addr =
'123.102.12.9'
4.      INVITE from 192.168.0.10 to X-ON2ABUACN1HS01-20', IP addr =
'123.102.12.9'

 

Logs attached wireshark trace and SipXproxy.log, Originally it looked
there was a dial plan issue so I disabled the dial plans and I still
have the same issue. As you will see from the Wireshark trace, the
INVITE and Trying seem to turn into a loop and then a 483 "too many
hoops"
