This is probably not relevant to the main question, but when I extracted the registrations from the logs that I've seen, I only saw 4 REGISTERs, and they were all from ext. 201.
The first REGISTER got a 401 response, the following 3 got 200 responses. It appears that the registrar is not set to log SIP messages, which makes it harder to diagnose what is going on. Despite the successful REGISTERs, the phone sends all 4 REGISTERs very quickly, in less than one second. And they have different CSeq numbers, so I can tell that the phone is sending them separately, they are not resends of a failed message. See the extracted siptrace that I've attached. Dale
