The BRIA installation was on a different IP address, not behind NAT at the far end. That never had an issue.
Counterpath made us get a new license because ours wouldn't work, we had to download a new build today. When a call is placed audio is heard in both directions. DID calls to the BRIA do work. The topology behind the sipXecs server is cleaned and accurately reflects our topology. Use Local address and disable ICE are set on the Bria. an Xlite client on the same machine does not have the issue. Only the BRIA. I can't test the old build because I don't have a license for it anymore. I tried making the change Ranga suggested but that didn't help. It only occurs on calls through sipxbridge. it does not occur on ISN calls or native Internet calls. Only on the BRIA. >>> "Robert Joly" <[email protected]> 05/13/09 3:02 PM >>> > > I am testing a 4.1 system right now. What is the difference between this scenario and the one where you had the call to a remote worker go to voicemail directly - is it just the client type (Bria vs. x-lite)? The client seems to complain that it is not seeing any RTP traffic. If that is the case, you would probably have one-way or no-way speech path on the call. Was that the case? Also, please verify that the intranet subnet(s) you configured under System->Internet Calling *exactly* describe the private subnet that sipXecs is a part of. Remove any default entries that do not apply to your situation. If that is set up correctly, please send me a packet sniff of the call on the 'any' interface. Also be sure to disable any NAT traversal capabilities on Bria, i.e. under Account->Topology, select 'Use Local address' and uncheck 'enable ICE'. _______________________________________________ sipx-users mailing list [email protected] List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users Unsubscribe: http://list.sipfoundry.org/mailman/listinfo/sipx-users
