That would be out of scope for the users list for sure... and not
something that would be easy to do in any event (it would be
approximately as difficult as writing sipXconfig).

In any event, sipXconfig is no longer the only component written in
Java, so you'd be missing much more (including NAT traversal and SIP
Trunking, at least).
