If the proxy is sending requests to your gateway, then they will appear in the proxy's log, which sipviewer will display in the ordinary way. The best way to diagnose a problem like this is to make one call, and then examine the logs (using merge-logs and sipviewer) to see exactly what is going wrong with the call.
