I looked at the trace you sent me. No suspicious exceptions there. However, the ITSP refuses to accept the REGISTER attempts. It has nothing to do with your system being behind a NAT. My guess is that your authentication user name is bad. It appears that the account is indeed found by sipxbridge but the ITSP is not accepting the REGISTER attempt. Your best bet would be to look at their settings for some other system such as xlite or asterisk If you can successfully register with one of those systems, take a look at whats in the From header of the REGISTER attempt. You can do a trace capture using wireshark to look at that. The portion before the @ in the from header is the user name that you should be using. NOTE : If you need a dial prefix, you should not be prepending it to the user name in your REGISTER. Rather, you should be supplying such information in the dial rule specification.
