Lintock and All, I just installed sipfoundry-4.0.0-015321(stable latest install) and I am having the same issue as yourself. I have tried everything i could but not able to figure this out. I had the same issue with the past version which is why I upgraded as well.
Hopefully someone has a magical fix for this, but hopefully for now I could figure out a workaround. Since I could not give everyone in the organization a superadmin credential, which does work perfectly. If yourself or anyone out there can help out, it would be greatly appreciated? As well is there a setting in the user profile that is not applying when making changes in the GUI, maybe something needs to be hardcoded through the shell. I'm stumped.
