Lintock and All,

I just installed sipfoundry-4.0.0-015321(stable latest install) and I am having 
the same issue as yourself. I have tried everything i could but not able to 
figure this out. I had the same issue with the past version which is why I 
upgraded as well.

Hopefully someone has a magical fix for this, but hopefully for now I could 
figure out a workaround. Since I could not give everyone in the organization a 
superadmin credential, which does work perfectly.

If yourself or anyone out there can help out, it would be greatly appreciated? 
As well is there a setting in the user profile that is not applying when making 
changes in the GUI, maybe something needs to be hardcoded through the shell. 
I'm stumped.

Any help would be greatly appreciated? :)

We are running sipx 3.10.2, and are having some problems with the supervisor 
feature of the ACD server. 

Scenario:
Reboot of the configserver service
CSR supervisor logs into sipx and can see queue stats
Another CSR supervisor logs into sipx and can see queue stats
Another CSR supervisor logs into sipx and can see queue stats
Sales supervisor logs into sipx and can not see queue stats
Original CSR supervisor logs into sipx and can not see queue stats
secondary csr supervisor logs into sipx and can not see queue stats

the problem seems to happen when a person from another department, who views 
another queue logs in. Once they log in everyone looses the ability to view 
queue stats, with the exception of the superadmin. to fix it we have to reboot 
the
 configserver service (this is a production phone system so that's not really 
an option)but then the same condition occurs. Its also reproducible if i were 
to flip the order and have the sales guys log in first, and the csr guy second, 
same thing happens.


Any Ideas as to what this could be ?
