I am using sipx and bandwidth.com sip trunk. Everything is working fine, call routing, answering, incoming and outgoing.
issue: When I look at the System>Servers>Services screen I see everything functional except the sip trunk. The sip trunk is stuck in a stopping routine. everything is working however. During sipx setup the only way I could get the sip trunk to work was by putting in a bogus username and password into the Devices>Gateways>ITSP screen. Any thoughts?
