To make Intercom to work,configure it by following the below steps:
Steps:

1.Create a Phone group say "Polycom" and add all your Polycom SoundPoint
IP 301,330 and 501 to it.
2.Navigate to the Intercom tab and add the above created "Polycom" group
to the "Group" text box.
3.Enable the Intercom and click on Apply button.
4.Now send the profiles to the Phones added in the group "Polycom".Wait
for the phones to come up after reboot.
5.Now from Phone1 dial *76<Phone2's no>.
[NOTE : Phone2 should be the member of the group "Polycom" and Phone1
can be anything]
Phone2 rings for 5sec(set by default) then auto-answers the call.
In this way the Intercom feature is configured to work.
