If you are sending calls to a real user ( say a DID assigned to an
acutal user),  leave the inbound calls destination blank on sipxbridge
configuration screen and assign an alias for that user with the DID.

If you are sending calls to a pseudo user ( say a hunt group or
conference extension ) or just want to test, it might be more
convenient to use the "inbound calls destination" field in the
sipxbridge configuration screen so you don't have to define a
pseudo-user and assign a did alias,  voice mail pin etc. for a user
that does not actually exist.
