Sorry for confusion. I'm using 4.0.0, trying to upload a new user voicemail greeting (/"Hello, I'm not in the office right now, blah blah blah, please leave a message...."/). The directory /var/sipxdata/mediaserver/data/mailstore/850 contains wav files, but their filenames are not exact matches for the names that appear in the Active Greeting combo box so I suspect that they are mentioned in a config file somewhere.
