Hi,

to install rsyslog you need different repositories for your system. As i
see yum is loading only sipxecs-stable repository. Rsyslog is located in
(Base/Update) repositories on centos 5 (if you are using it) also in
rpforge repositories. You will needed these repositories also for other
packages probably. you better install the rpm that contains these
repositories or add them manually.
