Ah. Ok. Then did you send the profile to the phone and reboot it? Is the 
speedial entry entered as "200" if that is the internal line number?What kind 
of phone is it registering to line "200" (or whetever it is). Realize the 
presence feature only works if you use the line number and must be an internal 
lne on sipx.

Polycom Presence / Buddy Watch

I have been trying to setup presence on a polycom ip650 or buddy watch

I have setup the presence feature to be turned on in the phone webconfig

I have setup the speed dial list for that user and check the box Subscribe to 
presence

I have checked and made sure that the presence service is running

Still no presence or buddy watch. The speed dial does work fine though.
