Ah. Ok. Then did you send the profile to the phone and reboot it? Is the speedial entry entered as "200" if that is the internal line number?What kind of phone is it registering to line "200" (or whetever it is). Realize the presence feature only works if you use the line number and must be an internal lne on sipx.
