How did you install Centos? You "should" have the CentOS-Base.repo and the sipx repo for Centos both installed on the system. I "think" you would install the tools from Cetnos, not from a Fedora Core version 4 RPM. At least, I'd start with CentOS, since that's seems to me (I could be wrong) what you should be doing it from.
