When you say they have the latest firmware, what version is it specifically?
You should upload the firmware you want to use, then after that send all the profiles. When the phone registers it does so with only the extension number and does not include the users name. So the line on the phone just has the extension instead of the Users name as a label. I can force this on a per line bases in sipx by adding the "label" to each line, but I never needed to take this step in the past. Anybody know what setting I missing to make this a default behavior? -M
