I think you understand MOH and SIP. Asterisk's MOH is not the same as sipxecs's.
The way the media (audio) is handled really depends on the standard you adhere to. If you use xlite with sipx and park the call, you get AUDIO, but that is a park server and you are "connected" to an extension. MOH and parking calls are not the same in sipxecs.
