I think you understand MOH and SIP. Asterisk's MOH is not the same as sipxecs's.

The way the media (audio) is handled really depends on the standard you adhere 
to. If you use xlite with sipx and park the call, you get AUDIO, but that is a 
park server and you are "connected" to an extension. MOH and parking calls are 
not the same in sipxecs. I don;t know exactly how asterisk does it, but my 
guess is that the media is not adhering to the IETF standard for MOH.

sipxecs supports:
Music on Hold for IETF standards compliant phones
Getting a IETF standards compliant phone for MOH will go a long way to getting 
your issue worked through.

Look at the feature matrix for the xlite client.I believe that Xfer is not 
included with the product.The button is there, but not active on the unlicensed

no i did't changed the MoH file. i am using X-lite soft phone. At the time of 
call parking Moh is working. But if i hold not getting any MOH. i think it may 
be problam with x-lite soft phone. Blind call transfer button also not working 
in x-lite.

the hold buttton i am not getting MOH . But while testing call parking i am
