I have an Intel D945GCLF-2 (dual core 1.6 atom board) with 2gb of 667 ram.
The office has around 11 workers and the system load average is less than
5%.  This is deployed in a casual office environment and they don't have
tremendous phone usage.  Once CentOS has loaded and JAVA starts handling its
business the CPU's get taxed, but that's about the only time I see the
resources stretched.  The low power consumption and small form factor has
really been an elegant solution.  I wouldn't deploy this in an office with
high call volume if you are using SIP trunking.
