When I try to dial out via bandwidth.com trunk I get a 404 ITSP not found error. I have used the settings provided by bandwidth.com which is basically just an outbound address without registration, username, or password. I have dialplans associated and enabled, but when I attempt a call the phone immediately gets the 404 message without having sipx even attempt to contact the ITSP's server.
Anyone with a clue stick out there please hit me with it.
