Please change the sipxecs.repo.
The centos 5.x mirror repository have change, now you have to use the mayor
version only, so replace the 5.2 with 5 in the sipxecs.repo
Also, every time you update the sipxecs the unestable repository goes out, so
you have to copy it again to the yum.repos.d directory.
