If you are using 4.0.1 you should apply the following patch: http://track.sipfoundry.org/secure/attachment/20745/patch8.zip Also : Keep track of this : http://sipx-wiki.calivia.com/index.php/SIP_Trunking_with_sipXecs:_Overview_and_Configuration#How_to_configure_sipXbridge I watch the lists for questions and pearls of wisdom about firewalls and ITSPs and keep this updated. If you are using the main branch (unstable builds) then no patch is necessary but of course this is not the stable branch.
