You have no A record for the server name. I don't see how this ever worked to begin with...
It sounds like you are just playing with this so, for a simple fix, just reinstall from ISO... make sure you answer 'no' to the DNS question to install your own DNS server on the PBX. The same observation, before the change, the softphone was able to register; after the change the registration all timed-out. I attached the zone file i the email.
