It is possible that you do not have symmetric relaying on your
firewall. The auto attendant is based on freeSwitch which will only
recieve packets from where it has previously sent packets and vice
versa. So you must map 1:1 external port maps to identical internal
port and vice versa. Turn off any kind of port randomization. Please
