The most difficult things I am finding are; -Knowing just how compatible various gateways are. For example, someone replied to my asking about cisco5300 saying that there are REFER issues. It would be nice to know if other cisco's or other gateways and OS versions are compatible.
-Sharing a little knowledge in terms of surprise licensing and capabilities costs. For example, often, once will come across a device that sounds just great but it turns out there are highest costs for the proper licensing than the device itself. Things of this nature I think would be great to share.
