We have several 7960's working behind NAT (i use a 7960g) and a few with remote worker. We didn't have to set anything special. Make sure in the phone config you do not have set to use STUN or is not set with a "NAT Public IP". When it register is should append the "nat" to it. If you see "no-nat" then the phone is trying to compensate for the NAT. when we first setup a 7960 remote worker phone I fought with it until I found out the users dlink had a SIP aware gateway that was killing it. disabled and it worked fine. -M
