Well, depending on how many users you have, you could get the receptionist a nice multiline phone and put a line for every user on it. The Polycom 6xx phone with sidecars can handle quite a few. That setup will ring _simultaneously_ on the real number and the receptionist, but the receptionist will be able to see which line the call is ringing.
