Hi Tommy,
I have a Snom 320 and a similar deployment. My Snom correctly support 
DNS SRV records and are able to register. But I remember  I had issues 
with Snom not registering when I added a SRV record for the SIPS service 
(_sips._tcp.yourdomain.tld). It seems the Snoms use it with priority and 
are unable to register.
