Have you tried following the wiki guide? http://sipx-wiki.calivia.com/index.php/HowTo_configure_AudioCodes_Stand-Alone_Survivability_Feature
Basically, you don't set the phone to register with the Audiocodes. You set the Outbound Proxy on the phones to point to the SAS gateway @ port 5080. This channels all of the SIP packets through the audiocodes, and then the audiocodes is smart enough to pick out the extensions and make a table of them so in the event that sipX is unreachable users are still able to make (emergency) calls out the audiocodes gateway. After following the instructions on the wiki page I just linked to, my SAS setup works just fine (I use MP-114-FXO's for this). _______________________________________________ sipx-users mailing list [email protected] List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users Unsubscribe: http://list.sipfoundry.org/mailman/listinfo/sipx-users sipXecs IP PBX -- http://www.sipfoundry.org/
