Try moving to polycom 3.1.3 (I use split & most current of 3.1.3) and bootrom 4.1.3..

I am not failure with how the presence function works in 4.0 so I do not know where to start. I have restarting the phones and server but that just seems to move the problem to other extensions. Does anyone have any resources or ideas where I could find a solution? Thanks, James
