I was able to mitigate this problem by disabling Music on Hold and
re-sending the profile to the phones... stayed with 3.1.3c firmware.

Is anybody else successfully using Polycom 601's with sipXecs 4.0.1?
I have a problem with call transfer that is as described in
http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XX-554 .
Basically, caller is getting disconnected on transfer (blind or
supervised). Have tried both Polycom Firmware 3.1.1 and 3.1.3c.
These phones were working fine with sipXecs 3.8 and Polycom 3.1.1
firmware.
